Camille Madeline Coffin is a life-long resident of beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Her passion for the art of photography began in 2013, when she received her first camera as a gift from her husband. After many months of experimenting and capturing hundreds of images, Camille’s desire for more knowledge pushed her to another level, and in 2014, she enrolled in the photography degree program at Bucks County Community College. With some of the most skilled professors in the field such as Kimberly Witham, Kate Pollard Hoffmann, and John Ivanchenko, Camille studied portraiture and studio lighting, as well as digital and film photography.

Camille’s style is clean, classic, and creative. She places a strong emphasis on connecting with each client in a unique way. She recognizes photography as a personal and vulnerable form of artistic expression. Therefore, her philosophy is this :

the client’s role is to “act as if” the camera…the lens…the photographer are invisible—for only a brief moment.

the photographer’s role is to prepare a creative space…to step back…observe—and intuitively know when to capture that moment.

as such, the final image reflects a collaboration between client and photographer, as well as a representation of the authentic self…”the masterpiece” who dwells within us all.

In addition to portraiture, Camille enjoys many other types of photography such as composite, still life, and film. her works, including “connected with Nature”, “@ The End of the day”, and “long, Beautiful hair” have been featured in Pennsylvania shows and exhibited at the ilon art gallery in New York City.

When she’s not photographing, Camille’s other interests include writing, gardening, learning jazz on several instruments—and spending time with her son in the Big Apple!

Camille resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with her incredibly supportive husband, and their two adorable golden retrievers—Chloe Sunstar and Scarlett Estelle.
